Welcome Bonus: New players are eligible for a 100% first deposit match bonus up to Rs 20,000. The bonus is credited automatically on first deposit. The minimum qualifying deposit is Rs 500. Where these Terms conflict with individual game rules, the game-specific rules take precedence for matters relating to game play outcomes. These Terms take precedence for all matters relating to account management, payments, and bonuses.
pk888 games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software independently audited by third-party testing laboratories. RTP (Return to Player) percentages are published in each game's information panel. pk888 does not manipulate game outcomes and has no ability to do so — the RNG operates independently of the platform's commercial interests.
Aviator and designated crash games use a provably fair system. Before each round, a cryptographic hash of the server seed is published. Players may verify that the crash point was determined before betting opened by checking the hash against the revealed seed after the round concludes. In the event of a technical failure during a game round — connection drop, server error, or software fault — the affected round will be resolved according to the game's rules at the point of failure. If the round state cannot be determined, bets will be returned to the player's account in full.
The pk888 VIP Club operates across five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Points are earned on all real-money bets at the following rate: 1 VIP Point per Rs 100 wagered on slots and crash games; 1 VIP Point per Rs 500 wagered on live casino table games. pk888 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its discretion, including but not limited to cases involving: prohibited conduct as defined in Section 9, failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe, suspected fraudulent activity, or at the player's own request.
Where an account is closed due to no fault of the player (for example, if pk888 ceases operations in a market), any real money balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method within 14 days.
Where an account is suspended pending investigation, funds will be held during the investigation period. If the investigation concludes that no rule breach occurred, the account will be reinstated and any withheld funds returned immediately. Players may request the reason for any suspension via the support team.
Players who wish to close their own account may do so by contacting pk888 support. Any real money balance at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to the player's payment method within 5 business days, subject to standard verification requirements being met.

pk888's total liability to any individual player in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the value of bets placed by the player in the 30-day period preceding the incident. pk888 is not responsible for losses arising from: internet connection failures on the player's side; hardware or software failures on the player's device; or player actions taken based on information from third parties (including so-called prediction services for games such as Aviator — these services do not have access to game outcomes and their predictions are not reliable).
